GETTING STRONGER HAS NO LIMITS!

Getting stronger starts mentally before physically and that's what I aim to provide in all my programs.

BEING strong is harder than LOOKING strong.

Being strong is being committed, nutritious, dedicated, and following a program convenient for you.

Pushing yourself to finish a workout will get you halfway to where you want to be, the rest is on me.

MY STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  • 5 training days per week - Rest days are set to your convenience.

  • Workouts tailored to your gender and equipment you have.

  • Workout durations are set according to your weekly schedules.

  • Workouts targeting all body parts - I don't believe in strengthening one body part and disregarding the rest.

  • Scheduled reminders for InBody tests to track your measurements.

  • Regular strength tests to track your progress.  

  • Nutrition Plans that help you hit your protein intake to help your muscles recover and respond to the workouts' intensities.

  • Chat room for any questions or inquiries you have.
